I just “harvested” a new batch of grass fed beef stock and tallow from grass fed beef knuckle bones. I wanted to share some photos because it all turned out so great. It was full of gelatin, marrow and great tallow for cooking and sauteing. Grass fed beef are full of Vitamins A, D, calcium, collagen, cancer killing CLA and other great nutrients.
