		<description>I like the points you made. It is true. Just because you are busy does not mean that you are being productive.  Climbing the ladder is no good if it is leaning against the wrong structure.  And finally, the answer to the problem is usually the simplest. We can get so caught up in things that we tend to over look the obvious, and this can lead to even more frustration.
